Join Colorado Pet Pantry as we co-host an informational table with Denver Nook at the Denver Dog Days on Saturday, October 11th, at Sloan Lake in Denver. This dog-themed event will feature a costume contest, numerous pet vendors, adoptable dogs, food trucks, live music, and much more.

On Saturday, the event will be open to the public from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We will arrive at 11:00 AM to set up our step and repeat photo banner, table, and materials about Colorado Pet Pantry. During the event, we will actively tell and recruit patrons to sign up and attend the 8th Annual Denver Nook Pet Parade and Costume Contest on October 18th. The funds raised will benefit Colorado Pet Pantry, PLUS we will tell them about us and how they can get involved.

This will be an outdoor event, so please dress appropriately for the ever-changing Colorado weather and bring something to keep you hydrated.

We ask that volunteers leave their pets at home.

You do not need any prior Colorado Pet Pantry volunteer experience to work at these events. Our lead volunteer will help you learn as you go, and we only ask that you bring a positive attitude and be outgoing toward any interested patrons. These events are a vital part of networking and growing our organization.
