Join Colorado Pet Pantry at the Denver Arts Festival in Central Park over Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday, May 23rd and Sunday, May 24th! This is one of our most important annual fundraisers, and we rely on volunteers to make the weekend a success. 

Colorado Pet Pantry has been invited once again to sell and pour drinks. All tips are donations directly to Colorado Pet. Join us as we’ll be pouring drinks, sharing information about the Colorado Pet Pantry, and actively recruiting potential volunteers and donors. This will be a fun and high-energy event!  If you'd like to sign up for multiple time slots, just let us know, and we'll make it happen.

With the exception of the Information Table, volunteers will simply sign up for a shift, and our staff will assign roles when you arrive based on event needs, your comfort level and interests.

You may be placed in roles such as:

• TICKET SALES: Help guests purchase drink tickets and keep lines moving smoothly throughout the event.
• MAIN BEVERAGE TENT: Assist with beverage service in the main tent. Duties may include taking guest orders or fetching drinks that have just been ordered to keep service running efficiently.
• SATELLITE BARS: Serve a limited selection of beverages at smaller bar stations throughout the festival.

• INFORMATION TABLE: Talk with festival guests about Colorado Pet Pantry and share more about our mission and programs. This role focuses on helping attendees learn about our work across Colorado and inviting them to get involved as volunteers or donors.

Because this is a large public event, timing is important. Please arrive on time and plan to stay for your full shift so we can keep things running smoothly and support both setup and cleanup.

We ask that volunteers leave their pets at home.
